1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the wa777 platform and any services provided at wa777.co (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the wa777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, as each may be amended from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the wa777 Platform and close your account if one has been registered. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. wa777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance

You are solely and entirely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the wa777 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. wa777 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in any particular country, province, or territory. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction, or that you are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is not prohibited. wa777 expressly disclaims all liability arising from your use of the Platform in violation of applicable local laws.

2.3 Single Account

Each individual user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) wa777 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access wa777's betting and casino services, you must register a personal account via the wa777 Login page. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information at all times and to notify wa777 promptly of any changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. wa777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

wa777 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with its obligations as a responsible operator. KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal from your wa777 account. You will be required to submit satisfactory copies of:

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Currency

All account balances on the wa777 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wa777 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Transactions conducted in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion by the relevant payment provider.

5.3 Minimum Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the wa777 cashier section. These thresholds are subject to change at wa777's discretion. As a general guide, minimum deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are Rs 500, and minimum withdrawals are Rs 1,000; however, the figures displayed in the cashier at the time of your transaction are the operative figures.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. wa777 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within 1–4 hours during business hours, and bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) business day, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing times.

5.5 Fraudulent Transactions

wa777 reserves the right to reverse, withhold, or void any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is identified as potentially fraudulent, made in error, or associated with a chargeback. In the event that a chargeback is initiated by a user in respect of a deposit that has been wagered, wa777 reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from any remaining account balance and to close the account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the wa777 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

wa777 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction. Where bets are voided, the stake will be returned to the user's account balance. wa777's decision in respect of voided bets and settled disputes is final subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out below.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

wa777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional benefits to users. All such offers are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which are published at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms;
• wa777 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or promotional benefit if it determines that the benefit has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms;
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless otherwise specified.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wa777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform;
• Collusion with other users to influence the outcome of any game or market;
• Exploitation of software errors, mathematical vulnerabilities, or technical loopholes for financial advantage;
• Registration of multiple accounts or use of another person's account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for illegal financial activity;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward wa777 staff or other users;
• Any other conduct that wa777 reasonably determines to be dishonest, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

wa777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to retain any associated balance pending investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wa777 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, game content, and interface design, is the proprietary property of wa777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without wa777's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wa777 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.

wa777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service outages may result in temporary unavailability. wa777 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability, provided that reasonable efforts to restore service are made in a timely manner.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

wa777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user account, with or without notice, where:

• The user has breached these Terms or any applicable platform policy;
• wa777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or violation of applicable law;
• KYC verification has not been completed within a required timeframe;
• The account has remained inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months;
• The user has requested closure of their own account.

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method following completion of any pending wagering requirements.

12. Responsible Gaming

Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with generally recognised commercial arbitration rules. You and wa777 agree to waive the right to a jury trial and to class action proceedings in connection with any such dispute.
